For new computers
We can:
• Unpack and initialize your computer for the first time
• Connect your computer to an existing wired/wireless network
• Configure your email program to access your email account
• Install other pieces of hardware (i.e. printer) or software (i.e. Microsoft Office, antivirus software etc.)
• Transfer files from your old computer to your new computer
Media Centre
One of our team members can come to your place and configure your media centre PC to play TV, video and music through your compatible TV and speakers saving you hours of hassle and frustration.
We can:
• Set up your existing media centre installation (Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Media Center Edition)
• Connect your PC to your TV and speakers
• Tune in your digital channels
• Show you how to record your favourite shows.
• If required, set up an electronic program guide (EPG) to work on your media center
• Install other required hardware or software
Hardware installation
Have you got a new video card or device of some sort that you need help installing such as internal or external hardware devices including memory, hard drives, graphics/video cards, TV tuner cards and DVD drives?
We can:
• Install the hardware on your computer such as an internal hard drive or memory chip or external device such as a printer, scanner or digital camera
• Install relevant drivers and software to make these devices work
• Test your hardware to make sure it is working properly
Software installation
Have you tried installing an application or suite of software yourself but run into trouble? No problem.
We can:
• We'll install software applications/suites (e.g. Microsoft Office, Norton Internet Security etc.)
• Remove an older version of your software.
• Test them to make sure they are working properly.
• If your software requires updates, we will download and install these for you.
